Following a commission from a collector, I took up the theme of "EN PLEINE FORME" in large format. It's a very round piece. The little one perched on its mother's (or father's!) back gives the piece a playful, airy feel.
The "protagonists" in the scene communicate with each other through a play of tender, amused glances.
I constantly adjusted the proportions during the creation process to make the whole thing harmonious, because a change of scale doesn't mean an exact copy!
Now it's off to the foundry. I'll be adding photos to this page as the bronze work progresses.
