Three children, a boy, a girl, and a baby elephant play together. A joyful sculpture, full of tension, the result of a commission that I thoroughly enjoyed creating. Slate gray patina

I have often taken up this theme of the little girl pulling the lion's tail, undoubtedly to ward off the fear that, as a child, I felt at the Vincennes zoo when hearing the roar of the lions! The beast has transformed into an accomplice, defeated by the innocence of the little girl. No, he won't make her his meal!
