Chorus

A family of wolves, on an impulse which is both beautiful and communicative, ‘sing’ to the moon. With this sculpture I played on fullness and emptiness to create an overall composition which joins emotion and form. I went from a black grey patina on light grey backgrounds to a light brown patina on smoky black to soften the group. This animal sculpture was presented for the first time at Platini art gallery in Crans Montana.

The clan, reached by the message in the dark sky responds to it and proclaims a new melody: a frank, sincere sound. The ardor is tuned by adjusting the dissonances to welcome the "poetry" to this hunting ground. Fairy tales mention the ancestors there, we remember. Transmission under the stars of a distance past. Across the mountains, grandiose, an alert shiver resounds and is moved with a single voice: "adherence", change to which we apply ourselves. The magic of the moment brings young and old together in unison.
