I returned to the theme of the polar bear with his little one to this time finalize this acrobatic “parent-child” relationship in bronze. The teddy bear humorously punctuates this sculpture in a very pure way. I don't know if Paul Emile Victor would have liked my work but, in any case, I thought of him when modeling this piece. A nod to Apoutsiak who enchanted my childhood.
With Yves Cabasson, we created a warm patina with light brown nuances and transparencies that evoke polished quartz.
