You can choose your delivery method during the purchase process:
- Free delivery in France and Europe to the address of your choice.
- Free collection from the SOPHIE VERGER studio, 53 rue du Général de Gaulle, 60510 La Neuville-En-Hez.
- Free collection from our partner galleries.
- Delivery charged to the rest of the world.
Whatever your choice, once we have received your payment and validated your order, we will send you an email informing you of the date your parcel will be dispatched or available, as well as the tracking link.
Secure, insured shipment of your parcel
Once we have received your payment and validated your order, packages are generally dispatched within :
- A maximum of two to three weeks for works available at the studio and in our partner galleries.
- Two months for re edited works.
- 24 hours for books. Delivery to your door within 72 hours in France.
Packages are dispatched via the specialized carriers proposed to you during the order purchase process. If you have a specific carrier, please contact us beforehand as it may incur additional charges. Whichever delivery method you choose, we will send you a link to track your package online.
The shipping costs displayed when you purchase your artwork include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Preparation costs are fixed, while shipping costs vary according to the carrier, who takes into account not only your delivery address, but also the total weight and dimensions of the package.
We pay particular attention to your parcel. The works are packed with the greatest care. Boxes are appropriately sized and your works are perfectly protected. Finally, their transport is fully insured.
Withdrawal rights: You have 14 days to change your mind without giving any reason.
Buyers have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the original artwork ordered to withdraw from the contract without having to justify their decision or pay any penalties.

Return conditions
The original work must be returned directly to the seller, in its original packaging, without undue delay and at the latest within 14 (fourteen) calendar days of the user's communication of his/her wish to withdraw. It must be accompanied by a copy of the corresponding purchase invoice. The purchaser is deemed responsible for any damage to the original work when it is returned.
Return processing time
The deadline is five working days after receipt of your return package.
Refund time
After processing your return package, the amonut will be credited within 48 to 72 working hours to your bank account used for the order and immediately to Paypal.
